Attached Staff

Our Primary Care Network (PCN) help to provide additional staff who work across the surgeries within our PCN to support patients further.  These include Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Care Co-ordinators, Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers and Health & Wellbeing Coaches.
